Terms of Service: 

Vendor agrees to engage in a minimum one-year contract for marketing services, as directed by their respective choices in level of participation,  payable in advance.  Accordingly, Pinnacle Registry shall provide internet marketing services on an international basis and shall deliver semi-annual tracking reports.  Vendor may re-new contracts on an annual basis, or agree to an automatic renewal.

Pinnacle Registry has the right to use any published material provided by the vendor, for the promotion of this site and its services, and/or the promotion of the vendor, as determined appropriate. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Registry from any and all claims asserted by third parties against Pinnacle Registry in any way arising out of or directly or indirectly related to any materials provided or displayed or statements or representations made by vendors in any of pinnacle registry's publications. 

Vendors are prohibited from publishing illegal content. attempts to do so will result in a termination of service and forfiture of all monies. Pinnacle Registry has the right to remove any material deemed inappropriate or offensive.
